Excel Exam

Excel Exam

You will be adding some excel spreadsheets to the Word Exam you submitted earlier. You will need to fix the pages that you missed on the test in order to receive full credit for the Excel Exam. Make changes or add pages that were missing before starting the Excel Exam.

Part I

You are going to make an excel spreadsheet of the materials you need for the activity you requested for next year. Make this spreadsheet look like the one on page 421 of your text. Change the colors and clip art in the table to ones of your choosing, but should be appropriate for your activity. Make sure you use the MIN, MAX, SUM, and COUNTA functions in the appropriate places on the table. You will need to have at least eight items on your table and the table heading should be appropriate for your activity. For the date, if the items are not on campus and would have to be ordered, use the beginning school date next year of 8/22/11. Make sure the quantity required and costs are accurate reflections of the materials requested. Insert this table after the proposal page of your Word Exam. Make sure to make changes in the Table of Contents and add two more words to your index page. Color the new words in the index page with the color red.

Part II

In this part of the assignment, you are projecting the number of students who would benefit from participating in your activity. What you will be producing is a table and analysis similar to what is on page 478 of your text. Use the following information about clubs offered at Global High School. Transfer this data to an excel spreadsheet to finish the assignment.
